poorly-planed reboot of girdle and cattle

rippleweb is moving our servers within their data center.  we were going to email the effected customers earlier this week, but I didn't.  there is no excuse.   All effected customers will receive a credit for my incompetence to go along with the hour or so of downtime they can expect tonight.
